Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Take guest orders and make recommendations
    • Serve guests and ensure satisfaction

    • Present bills upon request and take payments
  • Team Collaboration
    • Liaise and communicate effectively with all operational departments
    • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations

Requirements

  • 1 year experience handling cash and operating a cash register
  • 6 months experience in preparing/serving hot or cold beverages
  • SIR, Smart Serve, or IGB Certification
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
