Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with responding to and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and products as needed.
  • Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the growth and development of our customer base.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.
