About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at BFM (Cranbrook) Enterprises Society. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of sales staff, including retail salespersons and sales clerks
    • Assign duties and responsibilities to team members
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and cash handling
    • Authorize payments and manage cash
    • Order merchandise and manage stock levels
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
    • Manage customer relationships and build loyalty
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
    • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 5 years or more of experience in retail management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
