About the Role:

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a skilled Flooring Service Technician to join our team. As a Flooring Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in the installation, maintenance, and repair of flooring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems to ensure a safe and durable surface.
  • Diagnose and address floor issues and safety hazards to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of equipment and materials.
  • Meet and exceed production targets by working efficiently and effectively to complete tasks on time.
  • Input timely hours and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel and stay out of town for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.
