Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Act as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers and verifying cash at close.
- Conduct walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open or close, and to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the Restaurant Management team to train, develop, and communicate with team members, with a focus on maximizing retention.
- Supervise, coordinate, and delegate the execution of operations tasks, ensuring compliance with all Company policies.
- Partner with the Restaurant Management team to ensure quality, production, and service standards are met, and to create a safe, efficient, and professional environment for customers and employees.
- Assist the Restaurant Management team in maintaining proper coverage via team member schedules, ensuring the restaurant meets or exceeds customer service standards.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing efficiencies and maximizing profitability, and work with the Restaurant Management team to implement solutions.
- Follow up and ensure resolution of guest-related issues as needed.
- Previous supervisory experience in Quick Service, preferably in a similar role at Tim Hortons.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including opens, mid-day, and closing shifts, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
