Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Residential Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing residential real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage files and transactions for residential real estate, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and issue necessary documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate practice, with a focus on transaction management
  • Knowledge of Unity or Teraview software, with experience in title searches and document preparation
  • Ability to handle cases from beginning to end, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with PC Law and other relevant software
