Real Estate Law Clerk Opportunity

Linds & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team in downtown Toronto. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable mid-size law firm that values its staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete purchase, sales, refinancing, and mortgage files with precision and attention to detail.
  • Draft and coordinate documents required for closing, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and on track.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical skills in Conveyancer, MS Word, and Outlook to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of real estate experience, with a strong understanding of commercial property transactions.
  • Law Clerk Diploma required, with a focus on real estate law and conveyancing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
