Job Title: Boarding Kennel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boarding Kennel Manager to join our team at Diamond in the Ruff. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our kennel, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our canine guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective management of the kennel.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care and service to our canine guests.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the financial stability of the kennel.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the kennel and attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding with attention to detail.
