About the Role

Oxycoast Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and inventory management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Hire and train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Ensure that all work areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment
  • Transportation: The role requires frequent travel and transportation of goods.
  • Warehouse: The role involves working in a warehouse environment.
