Key Responsibilities:

- Transparency and Metrics: Maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system to ensure transparency and accurate reporting.
- Educational Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-volume setting, with a solid grasp of talent sourcing methodologies.
- Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Demonstrated ability to utilize creative research and sourcing strategies to recruit for specialized roles and challenging positions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in recruiting for technology firms; familiarity with professional services organizations is advantageous.
- Flexibility: Capability to pivot quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Communication Proficiency: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Decision-Making Acumen: Proven decision-making abilities focused on identifying the right talent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
