Qualifications:

  2. Expertise in Talent Acquisition: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-volume setting, with a solid grasp of talent sourcing methodologies.
  3. Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Demonstrated ability to utilize creative research and sourcing strategies to recruit for specialized roles and challenging positions.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Experience in recruiting for technology firms; familiarity with professional services organizations is advantageous.
  5. Flexibility: Capability to pivot quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
  6. Communication Proficiency: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Decision-Making Acumen: Proven decision-making abilities focused on identifying the right talent.
  8. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
