As a Demo Specialist on our sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with CMOs, marketing managers, and agency owners. Your primary objective will be to target marketing agencies, build value with key decision-makers, and close new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead conversion strategies to drive sales growth
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses to identify root pain points and business impacts for prospects
  • Qualify leads, execute demos, follow up, close sales, and manage an opportunity pipeline through our CRM
  • Showcase WhatConverts' strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique
  • Consistently meet monthly quotas and performance standards and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with PPC and digital marketing
  • Experience managing an opportunity pipeline in a CRM
  • Solid work ethic, a charismatic personality, and a self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
  • Desire to excel in a competitive market
