Human Resources Business Partner Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner Advisor to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business partners and stakeholders across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, labor relations, collective agreements, policy interpretation, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, communicating updates to management and employees.
  • Work with the HR team to support projects and complete objectives.
  • Assist internal departments, such as Payroll and other HR Business Partners, as needed.
  • Stay informed on legislative updates and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and up-to-date knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and French, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of provincial and federal employment and labour legislation with an emphasis on Quebec.
  • Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as an HR Generalist/Business Partner.
  • CHRP designation considered an asset.
  • Experience with ATS (Smart Recruiters) and ADP is strongly preferred.
