We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at BC Cancer in Vernon, BC. As a Medical Oncologist, you will work with a well-established team of medical oncologists, GP oncologists, and allied health professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in clinical, educational, administrative, and research activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Department Head of Medical Oncology at BC Cancer – Kelowna.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cancer care programs and services.
- Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology.
- Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
- Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer, and Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
- Eligibility for a clinical appointment to the University of British Columbia, Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine.
