Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
