Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Noodle California. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Training and Development

Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and quality control processes.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role, with a strong focus on customer service and quality control.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week.
