Job Summary

Noodle California is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Training and Development

Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality meals.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
