Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels, minimizing waste and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, and wastage, maintaining accurate records and providing insights for business growth.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring a high level of energy and stamina.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, client focus, flexibility, and team player attitude.
