Family Services Manager Job Summary

Ronald McDonald House Charities Manitoba is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will work under the direction of the Senior Family Services Manager to assist with the management of our House program's family services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Weekend Family Services Coordinator and associates to ensure a welcoming and inclusive home away from home for families seeking our services.
  • Liaise with hospital partners, system family services colleagues, and community organizations to maintain the highest standards of organizational and mission delivery excellence.
  • Recruit and train staff for House Family Services coverage as needed.
  • Ensure referral and admission procedures follow House policies and standards.
  • Provide support and resources to families to maintain the highest level of family service mission delivery.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a passion for Ronald McDonald House Charities Manitoba's mission.
  • Knowledge of non-profit sector and pediatric health and family centered care an asset.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
