Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and prioritize a flexible product roadmap that responds to emerging opportunities, market needs, and technological advancements.
  • Product Evangelism and Training: Support training of sales and sales engineers on our offerings and ensure they are equipped to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
  • Product Addendums to Contracts: Work with our legal team to develop appropriate documents for sales and support contracts.
  • Pricing Management: Oversee the development and management of our standard rate card for the product catalog.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Assemble and lead a high-energy, agile product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Product Financial Management: Develop and manage the product budget, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation and drive financial sustainability.
  • Regulatory and Compliance: Ensure our product offerings meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly those relevant to satellite communications and government contracts.
Requirements
  • Experience in product management role in telecom sector serving enterprise and government markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver innovative product solutions in a fast-paced, growth company setting.
  • Experience in market analysis, customer engagement, and agile product development.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial performance analysis.
  • Fluent in English.
