Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's platform, products, and related tools (e.g., SFDC).
  2. Articulate the value proposition of LinkedIn Sales Solutions effectively to motivate clients to adopt a new approach to customer engagement.
  3. Conduct discovery calls and secure meetings with key decision-makers to drive revenue generation.
  4. Establish a pipeline of viable opportunities and maintain transparent forecasts.
  5. Develop and implement strategic plans for the territory to enhance and refine our sales processes.
  6. Listen to market needs and provide insights to the product and marketing teams.
  7. Achieve and ideally surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Experience in SaaS sales.
  2. Background in relationship management with C-level executives.
  3. Experience in business development across diverse regions.
  4. Proven track record of exceeding quotas and delivering results in a fast-paced company environment.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and forecasting abilities.
  6. Established relationships with senior sales leadership.
  7. Demonstrated capability to identify, manage, and close high-level business sales.
  8. Ability to leverage competitive selling to position company offerings against competitors.
  9. Proficient in utilizing data to inform decision-making and influence others.
  10. Skilled in assessing business opportunities, understanding prospective buyers, and crafting compelling strategies.
