About the Role
The Mid Market Account Executive position at Rippling presents a unique opportunity for talented and ambitious sales professionals to excel in a fast-paced, strategic sales environment. As an Account Executive, you will focus on engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles, closing revenue, and collaborating with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue and drive business growth
  • Conduct sales calls with a short deck presentation and detailed product demo to showcase Rippling's capabilities
  • Closing business and consistently achieving quota attainment
  • Becoming a product expert across Rippling's entire platform and staying up-to-date on the competitor landscape
  • Collaborating with the CSM team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
  • Success in a sales organization, with a track record of top performance
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products
  • Required: Bilingual (English / French)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
