Job Summary

Canada Post is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a postal office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing mail and packages, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Mail and Package Processing: Sort, process, and distribute mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sorting area and customer service counter.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
