Job Title: Industrial Project Manager - Custom Manufacturing Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our team at C&A Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and professional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project estimates, proposals, and contracts
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Travel to project sites throughout Canada as required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in the food processing industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong technical knowledge of food processing systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
