Job Title: Industrial Project Manager

C&A Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide technical and professional customer service suited to each project and customer.
  • Complete detailed and accurate project/construction estimates and proposals to suit customer requirements.
  • Operate and Utilize 2D/3D CAD for Idea Development or Customer Information Review.
  • Quality and Safety conscious attitude.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites in throughout Canada.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with metal fabrication, machining, manufacturing, and site construction.
  • Quality and Safety conscious attitude.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
