Project Overview

C&A Group is actively recruiting Industrial Project Managers to lead our custom project manufacturing solutions in the food and beverage industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering turn-key projects that require innovative engineering and systems integration, custom manufacturing, and installation of food processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical and professional customer service suited to each project and customer
• Complete detailed and accurate project/construction estimates and proposals to suit customer requirements. Includes materials, labor, and site
• Leadership for effectively managing shop construction/field installation teams
• Project contract, budget, schedule
• Project schedule creation, management, and risks
• Operate and Utilize 2D/3D CAD for Idea Development or Customer Information Review
• Quality and Safety conscious attitude
• Willingness to travel to job sites in throughout Canada
• Coach and lead supervision & construction teams

Requirements

• Safety Conscious

• Experienced with metal fabrication, machining, manufacturing, and site construction
• Ability to Read and interpret Blueprints
• Fine attention to detail
