Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Project Manager to lead our project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
