Job Opportunity

ADGA Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to support the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC). The successful candidate will provide security architecture expertise to the Canadian Army's G6 staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and align Canadian Army network policies and processes with international and federal standards and best practices.
  • Develop a comprehensive vision for the CSOC, aligning it with the Canadian Armed Forces Cyber Mission Assurance Program and the Canadian Army CMA Program.
  • Collaborate with the Ground 6 Cyber lead to conduct business planning and develop a strategy for CSOC integration.
  • Establish research and development targets and develop the Canadian Army Cyber R&D policy.
  • Work with divisions and G6 Cyber to collect IT security information and assess monitoring tools and open source intelligence feeds for suitability within the CA networks.
  • Review Cyber Mission Assurance Team training objectives and strategies, and standardize training across CMATs.

Requirements

  • Master of Engineering in software, computer, systems, electrical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in security architecture and engineering, with a minimum of 4 years in 4 of the following areas: security architecture, vulnerability assessment, security governance, network security, identity and access management, or security operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Military Command and Control Communication and Information systems or ISTAR systems.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical concept documents, system specifications, and technical proposals in IT or engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in communicating IT frameworks, leading multidisciplinary teams, and performing strategic planning.
