Culinary Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated **Food Service Supervisor** to oversee our culinary operations at Fireside Indian Bar & Restaurant. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates for food services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit reports as required.
- Prepare food order summaries for the head chef.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
This position involves supervising a team of **5-10 staff members**.
