About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Cambie Physiotherapy and Health Clinic Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer tests and equipment, instruct patients on procedures, and record results, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treatment programs, working closely with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and supplies.
  • Process patient files and paperwork efficiently, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in documentation and task completion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
