About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Cambie Physiotherapy and Health Clinic Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physiotherapists in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer tests and equipment, instruct patients on procedures, and record results
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
  • Maintain accurate clinical and progress reports, documenting patient rehabilitation progress
  • Process files and paperwork efficiently, ensuring timely completion
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and staff
  • Take patients' general medical and ophthalmic history, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
