Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, ensuring they meet their academic and spiritual goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless transitions and progress
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
Requirements
  • BC Certified Teacher
  • Strong commitment to our Foundational Beliefs and HCOS Teacher Profile Attributes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage varied workloads and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other relevant tools
