**Job Summary**

Bruce Chrysler is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join their team in a busy flat rate shop. As a valued member of the service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate parts for reuse, repair, or replacement in accordance with company and manufacturer specifications.
  • Work closely with Parts and Service Advisors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Coach, mentor, and train apprentices as they progress in their careers.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driver's abstract.
  • Red Seal License and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and a keen interest in training and development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
