Product and Channel Marketing Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of strategic channel acceleration and optimization programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative channel growth strategies to accelerate EPP mobility and home services across various channels, including outreach teams, retail, and inbound/outbound sales teams.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize channels, driving positive financial outcomes by analyzing key financial performance indicators such as costs and margins.
- Performance Management: Inform/influence channel targets and provide insightful, action-oriented commentary on performance.
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Reinforce updates and changes to channels, and formulate data-driven recommendations to drive program growth based on customer and front-line feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including pricing, strategy & planning, marketing, customer experience (CE), and channel partners, to drive transformational and programmatic changes.
- Regularly communicate strategies and updates to Senior Leadership across the Consumer team.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for storytelling and simplifying complex information into easily digestible content.
- Strategic Marketing and Sales: Expertise in formulating effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience managing a portfolio and direct P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship management across various business domains and functional areas, with the ability to influence stakeholders and peers without formal authority.
- A history of delivering results and executing projects flawlessly while efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- 3-5 years of experience in roles involving B2B and/or B2C marketing, sales, program management, strategy, or management consulting.
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Experience leading marketing functions in telecommunications, banking, or consumer packaged goods.
