About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our customers' heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and repair complex heating and cooling issues, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Gas Technician II license.
  • Certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
  • Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
  • Class G Driver's License.
  • 3-5 years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment, an asset.
