About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership o/a Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our customers' heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain HVAC equipment, including water heaters, furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
  • Install new HVAC systems and ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.

Requirements
  • A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • A Gas Technician II license.
  • A certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario - 313d).
  • A valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
  • A Class G Driver's License.
  • 3-5 years of field experience in service of water heaters and HVAC equipment, an asset.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
  • Physical ability to perform all work required of this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
