Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage interfund transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and terminations for clients
  2. Generate regular and on-demand reports for clients
  3. Address inquiries and requests from plan participants and clients
  4. Input, update, and verify information on proprietary software while ensuring quality assurance
  5. Coordinate with consultants and investment managers regarding clients' retirement plans

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a client-focused role within the retirement benefits sector
  3. Understanding of provincial pension and tax regulations
  4. Relevant university or college degree, or a suitable combination of education and experience
  5. Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, along with effective time management

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with group benefits (DB and DC pension or group insurance)
  2. Possession or pursuit of a CSC or IFIC designation
