Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interfund transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and terminations for clients
- Generate regular and on-demand reports for clients
- Address inquiries and requests from plan participants and clients
- Input, update, and verify information on proprietary software while ensuring quality assurance
- Coordinate with consultants and investment managers regarding clients' retirement plans
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-focused role within the retirement benefits sector
- Understanding of provincial pension and tax regulations
- Relevant university or college degree, or a suitable combination of education and experience
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, along with effective time management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with group benefits (DB and DC pension or group insurance)
- Possession or pursuit of a CSC or IFIC designation
