Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 9417010 CANADA INC. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
