Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Five Star Staffing.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes supervising other workers, training new staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train other workers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
