Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

YNR Halal Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the efficient operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance: Set tables, replenish condiments, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure proper disposal.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate dishwashers, washers, and other equipment to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and work under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.

Hours:

35 hours per week.
