Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Representative within the Ontario Commercial team, you will play a vital role in driving volume and distribution objectives in your designated territory. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will be integral to our success in the region.

This position offers comprehensive training, a company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and the chance to develop your career with one of Canada's historic brewing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, business partners, industry organizations, and suppliers through a customer-first approach.
  • Negotiate annual contracts with on-premise clients to ensure profitability and success in executing their strategic plans.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure exceptional execution by building rapport and maintaining product standards.
  • Manage budgets, develop business proposals, and oversee execution.
  • Engage in daily sales meetings with your team to strategize and align efforts.
  • Analyze critical data by monitoring volume, distribution performance, and market competition to formulate effective strategies.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • You have 1 to 5 years of progressive experience in sales and key account management within the consumer goods or direct store delivery sectors.
  • A valid provincial driver's license in good standing with no restrictions is essential.
  • As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to consent to a criminal background check and provide a driver's abstract.
