Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Representative within the Ontario Commercial team, you will play a vital role in driving volume and distribution objectives in your designated area. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will have the chance to develop your skills while contributing to the success of one of Canada's oldest brewing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with essential customers, business partners, industry organizations, government entities, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate annual contracts with on-premise clients to ensure profitability and support their strategic initiatives.
  • Consistently meet and surpass sales targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure exceptional execution by fostering relationships and upholding product standards.
  • Manage budgets, develop business proposals, and oversee their implementation.
  • Engage in daily sales meetings with your team to align on strategies.
  • Analyze critical data to track volume, distribution performance, and competitive dynamics, formulating strategies to address challenges.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of progressive experience in sales and key account management within consumer or direct store delivery sectors.
  • A valid provincial driver's license in good standing without restrictions.
  • Consent to undergo a criminal background check and provide a driver's abstract as part of the recruitment process.
