Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Representative within the Ontario Commercial team, you will be instrumental in driving volume and distribution goals in your designated area. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our ongoing success.

This position offers comprehensive training, a company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and the chance to develop your career with one of Canada's most established brewing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with essential customers, business partners, industry organizations, government entities, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate annual contracts with on-premise clients to ensure profitability and support their strategic initiatives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure exceptional execution by fostering rapport and adhering to product standards.
  • Manage budgets, create business proposals, and oversee their implementation.
  • Engage in daily sales meetings with your team to align on strategies.
  • Analyze critical data by monitoring volume, distribution performance, and competitive dynamics to devise effective strategies.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • You have 1 to 5 years of progressive experience in sales and key account management within the consumer or direct store delivery sectors.
  • A valid provincial driver's license in good standing is mandatory.
  • As part of the hiring process, candidates will need to consent to a criminal background check and provide a driver's abstract.
