About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at KIJOSA INVESTMENT CORP. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Flexibility, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
