Key Responsibilities

  1. Champion Health & Safety as a core value, ensuring it remains a priority in all operations.
  2. Lead project initiatives in contaminated site management, primarily in the Yukon, while also servicing clients in various sectors.
  3. Utilize your extensive fieldwork and project management experience to mentor and develop team members.
  4. Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations regarding scope, budget, and quality.
  5. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to nurture talent within the team.

Qualifications

  1. A relevant undergraduate degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geoscience, or a related technical field.
  2. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Environmental Consulting, with a recognized professional designation.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  4. Experience in providing technical advice and conducting senior reviews of project deliverables.
  5. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with clients.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong technical writing capabilities.
  7. A clean Driver's Abstract and willingness to travel as required for project needs.
