Job Summary

Associated Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Environmental Professional to join our team. As an Environmental Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the Northern markets, providing expert advice on environmental management and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement environmental management plans for projects and clients
  • Conduct environmental assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure environmental considerations are integrated into project planning and execution
  • Provide training and support to project teams on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with changing environmental regulations and industry trends

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in an environmental discipline (e.g., biology, environmental science, geography, earth science, or soil/reclamation science)
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on project management
  • Strong knowledge of the Northern markets, including key client sectors and regulatory processes
  • Effective leadership and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with local Indigenous governments and communities is an asset
  • Valid driver's license
