About The Job
  • As a Project Director, you will lead a variety of Institutional and Commercial Construction Projects in the Kelowna Area.
  • You will work alongside passionate builders who have a strong desire to win and deliver profitable, on-time projects.
  • A culture built on grit and the desire to win is the environment you will experience.
  • Success is in the hearts and minds of everyone working at this 100% employee-owned GC.
About You
  • You're a seasoned Sr. PM or Project Director ready to drive success in your own book of business within a leading national contractor.
  • You have experience in leading commercial construction projects valued from $1m to $30m+.
  • You have superior ability in team-building, delegation, planning, and communicating with internal and external partners.
