Job Title: Residential Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily activities and maintenance of our rental properties in the Greater Montreal area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing excellent customer service to tenants, and maintaining a positive working relationship with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property operations, including maintenance requests, repairs, and tenant communications
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential property management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and construction
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities to subcontracts (maintenance, skilled trades, etc.)
  • Technical savvy and proficiency in property management software
  • Bilingual (English and French)

What We Offer:
