About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Pace Technical. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging our sales tools and techniques
  • Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with our pre-sales architecture team to develop and deliver customized solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipelines, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as sales incentive pay. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, employee assistant program, profit sharing plan, wellness fund, and home office allowance.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional travel required. A strong, reliable internet connection and access to a car are necessary for this role.
