Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Osmow's Markham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or equivalent education in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
