Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling commercial insurance paperwork, and communicating with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the flow of walk-in customers and callers
- Assist the Commercial Insurance Account Executive
- Provide customers with prompt service, offering advice and helping them understand insurance
- Process incoming commercial paperwork
- Assist with quotes, review existing coverage, and update customer file information
- Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients
- Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Communicate with insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters, and follow up on claims status
- High school and/or post-secondary education
- 2-5 years' experience in an office environment
- Commercial insurance experience an asset
- RIBO License an asset
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Previous sales experience is an asset
